The IP Collective
Role: Product Manager and User Experience Designer, 2010 - 2011

The IP Collective is an online platform for companies to start and join defensive patent pools. The patent landscape is full of frivolous litigation, especially in the software domain. We took on this complex issue by creating a place for companies to pool patents around complementary technology. Members of each pool commit to using their patents defensively and not pursue litigation against other members who have made the same pledge.
